How much do the tickets cost?

Tickets for Draws #1,2,4, and 5 can be purchased for $10 for 20 numbers, $20 for 50 numbers, $40 for 150 numbers and $75 for 400 numbers.

Tickets for Draws #3 and 6 can be purchased for $10 for 20 numbers, $20 for 50 numbers, $40 for 150 numbers and $90 for 700 numbers.


What are the deadlines for ticket sales?

Draw #1: Ticket Sales - Starting at 9:00 am on September 30, to October 31, 2022, until 11:00 am. Draw to take place at 1:00 pm on October 31.  

Draw #2: Ticket sales start at 9:00 am November 1 to November 30, 2022, until 11:00 am.  Draw to take place at 1:00 pm on November 30, 2022

Draw # 3: Ticket sales start at 9:00 am on December 1, 2022, to December 29, 2022 until 11:00 am.  Draw to take place at 1:00 pm on December 29, 2022.

Draw #4: Ticket sales start at 9:00 am on January 3, 2023, to January 31, 2023, until 11:00 am.  Draw to take place at 1:00 pm on January 31, 2023. 

Draw #5: Ticket sales start at 9:00 am on February 1, 2023, to Feb 28, 2023, until 11:00 am.  Draw to take place at 1:00 pm on Feb 28, 2023.

Draw #6: Ticket sales start at 9:00 am on March 1, 2023, to March 31, 2023, until 11:00 am.  Draw to take place at 1:00 pm on March 31, 2023.


How old do I have to be to order a ticket?

You must be 18 years of age or older to order a ticket. Tickets may not be ordered in the name of a minor.

Can I order a ticket if I do not live in Ontario?

Ticket buyers must be in the province of Ontario at the time of purchase.

How can I order a ticket?

Tickets are available online at perleyhealth5050.ca and by phone at 613-526-7173.

Can I request a specific ticket number?

No. Tickets will be assigned in sequence.

How are the draw winners notified?

Each winner will be contacted by a Perley Health Foundation staff member.

How does the draw process take place?

Winning ticket numbers will be selected by a Random Number Generation system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw.

If I win a prize, do I have to accept it, or can I substitute it for another item or cash?

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and must be claimed within six months of the draw date. No substitutions or cash alternatives will be permitted unless otherwise noted.


Is my lottery ticket tax deductible?

Lottery ticket purchases are not tax deductible because there is a chance of winning a prize.

Who oversees the draws?

Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited has been contracted for this lottery and is delivering online services.

How are the proceeds from the lottery used?

Proceeds from the lottery are used to purchase equipment, conduct research, support programs and fund urgent needs at Perley Health.

If I win a prize, will someone call me?

Yes, a member of the Perley Health Foundation will contact the winner.

Please email foundation@perleyhealth.ca and a member of the Perley Health Foundation team will respond within 48 hours.

How long will it take to receive my prize?

Prizes will be issued in the form of a cheque and may take up to six weeks to receive.
